Strip and Wax

On our initial walk-through of your facility, we will discuss the services and brands of products we may use for the job. We will look at the floor conditions and discuss details with you such as the amount of traffic the floor receives, your expectations for glossiness versus durability, a floor maintenance schedule, and more. This information will be used to prepare a cleaning bid and explained method, chemicals and time to complete the task.

Grout Cleaning
As a porous product, grout will absorb dirt, mildew, mold and lime scale over time. We will provide you a deep cleaning job for a fresh and renewed appearance.
As a thick colored substance used to hold tiles together and fill gaps in between them, grout helps brighten an entire room and prevent substances from going under the tiles.
When grout gets dirty, it can make the tile look old and dingy and the whole floor can get mold and mildew underneath it. This could lead to huge repair bills, costing you time and money to fix the flooring.

- Apply a removable protective sealer. This product will improve traction on the floor to reduce the potential for slip and falls, penetrating the grout for added protection.
- Permanent sealer (optional). This high solid water-borne sealer will penetrate deep into the grout and repel soil and germs while improving slip resistance. This protection will dramatically reduce maintenance cost due to the ease of cleaning. Highly resistant to acids, stains and bacteria penetration.
- Grout and tile maintainer. Super concentrated chemicals for daily cleaning. This product will clean and maintain grouted tile surfaces without dulling the tile natural shine, fights back soil and hard water buildup leaving a fresh clean fragrance.
